Thank you for visiting my page. Let me tell you a little about me. Even as a small child, I was very creative. I get it from my Mom, who is also very talented. Anyway, after many years of making wreaths, arrangements, paintings, etc., I opened Libby’s Flowers in 2013. I am self-employed, which means I do it all. I order the flowers, make the arrangements and deliver them. Unfortunately, being an entrepreneur has its drawbacks. The major one being that I can’t be as fast as today’s society sometimes demands. I have several times during the year when my business is slow and I have to pinch pennies.
While looking for a way to supplement my income, I started taking cookie decorating classes and learning more about the cookie business. I found that I absolutely loved it! Oh my! Last year I decided to add decorated cookies to my skills. After months of going through recipes, I finally found a few that were really good and I was off to the races. At that time, I changed my name to Libby’s Creations because I am a creator of many things. Love it!
I have learned so much and continue to learn and grow as both a Florist and a Cookier. I feel so blessed to be able to make a living doing two things that I absolutely love! I have the best customers too. I hope you enjoy the website and thanks for stopping by. - Libby Foret
